CrowdBadge also supports lead capture for exhibitors and partners. Organisers can open scanning access to selected users, allowing them to scan delegate badges using their own phone - again, no app required.
Each scan captures the attendee's contact details directly from their badge. Scanned leads appear in an online address book where users can:
- Add notes or comments during or after the event.
- Rate and tag each lead for follow-up.

- Export all collected data as a CSV file for CRM import or reporting.

Once your event is complete, all scanning and check-in data can be exported as a CSV file. Exports can be downloaded per scanner or as a combined dataset, including every captured field, custom field, and timestamp.
