CrowdBadge makes post-event reporting simple. All guest, scan, and check-in data can be exported as CSV files directly from your event dashboard - giving you full visibility of attendance, engagement, and lead activity once the event is over.

Exports are available from individual scanners or as a combined dataset that includes every captured field, custom field, and timestamp. This makes it easy to analyse attendance patterns, measure engagement, and share results with exhibitors or sponsors.

Guest List Export

After your event, you can download a complete copy of your guest list straight from the dashboard.

In your event's dashboard, go to Manage Guests and click the Export button. This generates a CSV file containing the most up-to-date data - ideal if guests registered on site or if changes were made during the event.

The exported file includes:

  • Pass type
  • Name
  • Company
  • Job title
  • Table number
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Lanyard identifier
  • All custom fields (public and private)

Public custom fields are shown on name badges, while private ones are used for internal tracking and remain secure within the dashboard.

Scanner & Lead Capture Export

Within the Lead Generation & Scanners area of your dashboard, you'll find every virtual scanner created for your event. Selecting a scanner opens its list of scanned attendees, where you can view details in real time or download the data instantly.

Click Export to download a CSV containing:

  • Attendee names and contact details
  • Time and date of each scan
  • Pass type and company
  • Custom and private fields
  • Notes and ratings (if lead capture is enabled)

You can export data from each scanner individually or combine all scanners into one master report.

Analysing and Sharing Data

Exported CSV files can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or imported into your CRM or marketing software for deeper analysis. Typical post-event uses include:

  • Measuring attendance and no-show rates
  • Identifying popular sessions and high-traffic zones
  • Sharing qualified leads with exhibitors
  • Tracking repeat visitors or VIP engagement

All data is stored securely in CrowdBadge and remains accessible in your account for later download.
